Browsing

You can use the job list without an account and without giving us anything. Your level and lane choices live only in the page address. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Email alerts

If you turn on alerts we keep: your email address, the level, lanes, salary floor and frequency you chose, and a record of when you agreed to receive emails and the wording you agreed to. We use this only to send you the alerts you asked for.

• Nothing is sent until you confirm by clicking the link in our first email.
• Every alert has an unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you right away. [Say how long you keep the record afterwards, e.g. “We delete it within 30 days.”]
• We never sell or share your email.

Where your data is stored

Our database is hosted by Supabase in [region, e.g. Canada (Central)]. Emails are sent through Resend, which processes your email address in the United States. Both are bound by contract to use it only to provide their service to us.

Job postings

Job information comes from the public career sites of federal Crown corporations. We show a summary and link to the original posting; the employer's posting is always the authority.

Your rights

Under Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email [contact email] and we'll respond within 30 days.
